The location was particularly good and excellent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We had beautifully designed, budget rooms with air conditioning and a coffee table. Friendly and excellent staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

It is reasonably priced. The place is modernized and reasonably priced. Excellent and fantastic friendly staff as one would expect. Offers unbeatable location in a shopping area. The good restaurant for dinner is a nice plus.

Double room was quiet and compact with the full size bed. The location was great, really close to train station and Altstad as well as the bus stops, in a quiet area. Tried some nice meals at Red - Die Gruene Kueche, located steps away from the hotel🙂

The rooms we had were recently refurbished and with a double bed, sufficient space, as example. The location of the hotel was central, just off Walking distance to town centre, the historic center and the train station and old city.

Well priced accommodation with incredible setting next to trams starting to drive early in the morning, the tram stops, and Very close to railway station. Very comfortable building and nicely furnished and beautifully decorated rooms with 2 children under 10 years old.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was a VERY PLEASANT stay for our night. Exceptionally nice location close to a train station, that was handy. Moreover, it was 2 km from a red sandstone castle. We liked being here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to the old town, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were a few things that could have been better. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly during our stay, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during warm weather.

The location of this hotel is great, just a short walk from the old city center. It is also conveniently located in front of a bus and tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and attentive to any requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and basic amenities are provided. For families, there is a pull-out sofa available for a third guest if needed. The rooms are also quiet and face the evening sun, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Big and neat venue with a good value and pretty friendly and amiable staff. New-fashioned and beautifully designed rooms with a sofa bed and a view on the inner patio plus 2 children under 10 years old and exceptionally nice breakfast. The breakfast for coffee at 0930.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay for a business trip. Excellent staff and a great breakfast with fresh fruits and coffee machine. Central location, at a walking distance from Hauptstrasse Street.

The twin room was brand-new with decent beer and the location was nice and perfect.

The hotel's location was marvellous, to Heidelberg train station as well as the old town with a bakery and a great super market within walking distance.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the city center is convenient, right next to a tram stop. The rooms are comfortable, with nice en-suite bathrooms that are excellent. The breakfast included in the rate is a bonus, even though it may not have many options to choose from, it's still well served.

All was satisfactory without any major issues.
